Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 We, Dasha Fashion LLC, hereinafter referred to as (“DASHA”, "DF", "we", "us", "our"), are committed to providing exceptional service and quality products. This Policy of Product Return, Exchange, and Refund is established in alignment with our General Terms and Conditions of Sales and outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns and exchanges of DF products hereinafter referred to as ("Products") are accepted, without prejudice to your statutory rights. 


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

2.1 Return and Exchange Window: DF accepts exchanges of Products purchased through our Website within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery receipt, or, in the case of multiple deliveries, within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the final delivery. You must initiate the return process within this period. Once your return is confirmed, you will have fourteen (14) days to submit the Product. 


3. EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURN AND EXCHANGE

3.1 Non-Eligible Products: Please be advised that the right to exchange or return does not apply to Personalized Products or any other Products for which you were informed at the time of placing your order that they would not be eligible for return or exchange. 


4. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

4.1 Exchange Terms: We allow exchanges only for the same Product, at the same price, in a different size or color. If you wish to receive a different Product or the same Product in a different color, you must first return the original Product for a refund and then place a new order online for your desired item. Please note that all exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested Product, and Products can only be exchanged once.

5. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

5.1 Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition: unaltered, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. They should be in their original packaging, if applicable, with all original tags and labels attached, along with any related accessories and documents, including, but not limited to, instruction booklets, product certificates, and protective covers, if provided. Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled Products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding the return and exchange of Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described. 


6. EXCHANGE FEES

6.1 Fee Waiver for Compliant Returns: If the Products are returned in their original condition—unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with original tags and labels attached, along with all accessories and related documents (e.g., instruction booklets, Product certificates, etc.), and with the undamaged original box, if applicable—any fees, charges, or other costs incurred as a result of exercising your right of exchange in accordance with our exchange policy will be waived, and the exchange will be processed free of charge. 


7. RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS

7.1 Rejection Clause: Please be advised that we reserve the right to reject and decline any returned Products for exchange if they fail to meet the conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and this Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy. 


8. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

8.1 Steps to Follow: To return or exchange a Product, you must inform our Client Service Team of your intention by following these steps to ensure you receive the highest quality of service: 

a) Contact Us: Email our Client Service Team at return@dasha.ae , providing the order details of the Product you wish to return or exchange. Please be as clear as possible in explaining your intention for the return or exchange. 
b) Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request. 
c) Prepare the Return: Upon receiving the confirmation email, please follow these steps: 
  • Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange securely to avoid damage. Place them in their original packaging, if applicable, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order. 
  • Attach the prepaid return shipping label included in the shipping box to the outside of the box, over the original label, and seal the box securely. If you have lost the label, please contact our Client Service for assistance. 
  • Arrange for collection by visiting the carrier’s website or contacting our Client Service Team, or alternatively, you may drop the box at our designated site. 

d) Return Shipping Costs: DF will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to a defect, lack of conformity, or error on our part. For all other returns, including those for exchanges due to a change in size or color, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the consumer. 
8.2 Client Service Assistance: As you exercise your rights, please note that our dedicated Client Service Team is always available to assist you throughout the process and provide any necessary instructions regarding returns and shipping. 


9. RETURN SUBMISSION DEADLINE
9.1 Submission Timeline: Kindly ensure that all Products are returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive confirmation of your return or exchange request. 


10. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESSING
10.1 Inspection and Timeline: Upon rUpon receipt of a Product for which a return or exchange was requested and confirmed by us, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that the return or exchange conditions outlined above are met. Provided the Product satisfies these conditions, an exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) business days after the returned Products have been verified to meet our conditions. You will receive a notification from us confirming the date on which the refund was processed from our side.

 

11. REFUND METHOD
11.1 Refund Policy: Refunds shall be issued exclusively to the original purchaser, utilizing the original method of payment, and in the same currency as the original transaction. In instances where payment was rendered via cash on delivery, refunds will be disbursed through bank transfer.

 

12. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 

12.1 International Returns: 

12.1.1 Full Refund Requests: For international returns where you, as a consumer, are requesting a full refund, please note that any customs duties and taxes you paid at the time of purchase may not be refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. The refund amount for returned Products will be limited to the amount we received from you at the time of purchase, excluding any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees that you may have paid. 

12.1.2 Approved Exchanges Due to Change in Size or Color: If you are returning a Product for an approved exchange due to a change in size or color, DF will cover the shipping charges for the re-delivery of the exchanged Product. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees paid at the time of the original purchase or for the return and re-delivery. 

12.1.3 Returns or Exchanges Due to Defect or Lack of Conformity: If you are returning a Product due to a defect, lack of conformity, or an error on our part, DF will cover both the return shipping costs and the costs for re-delivery of the replaced or repaired Product. In such cases, DF will also cover any customs duties and taxes that you, as a consumer, paid on the original purchase.

12.2 Returns Within the UAE: 

12.2.1 Full Refund Requests: For returns within the UAE where you are requesting a full refund (excluding defects or errors), you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. The refund amount for returned Products will be limited to the amount we received from you at the time of purchase, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges. 

12.2.2 Approved Exchanges Due to Change in Size or Color: If you are returning a Product for an approved exchange due to a change in size or color within the UAE, DF will cover the shipping charges for the re-delivery of the exchanged Product. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

12.2.3 Returns or Exchanges Due to Defect or Lack of Conformity: If you are returning a Product within the UAE due to a defect, lack of conformity, or an error on our part, DF will cover both the return shipping costs and the costs for re-delivery of the replaced or repaired Product.
