At DASHA, each creation is crafted with exceptional attention to quality, individuality, and artisanal mastery. Most of our collections are produced by hand at our own atelier. Every stage- from the selection of fabrics to the perfect fit- is executed by our artisans with the utmost precision and dedication to detail.
This process naturally requires more time than mass production, yet it allows us to ensure a truly unique design and impeccable quality. Before your order enters production, our Client Service team will always inform you of the estimated timeline, ensuring transparency and trust at every stage.
Some DASHA items are produced in limited quantities and are only available through a waiting list.
Write to us at wecare@dasha.ae so we can reserve the item for you and notify you as soon as it becomes available.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- The item must be new, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy, which can be found on our website.
Online Purchases:
If your order was placed through the official brand website, please contact us at return@dasha.ae. We will provide a return form to complete, and once approved, you may return the item. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Offline Purchases:
If the purchase was made in person at the DASHA Fashion House in Dubai or at any other official retail location carrying the brand, returns must be made in person at the same location.
Personalized Items:
Custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage during delivery. To request a return form, please contact return@dasha.ae.
Important: Shipping costs for returns, as well as any applicable taxes and customs duties, are not covered by the brand. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.
You can modify or cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes are no longer possible. In this case, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Within the UAE: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
- Outside the UAE: Credit cards only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an customer@dasha.ae with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery on the courier’s website.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. For more details, see our Return and Exchange Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at return@dasha.ae within 24 hours.
It is important to document the damage upon receipt (e.g., by filling out a form or taking photos). After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement item or a refund.
In addition to production time:
- Within the UAE: Delivery takes up to 7 business days.
- International orders: Delivery times vary, typically between 7–14 business days.
