Each product is carefully designed and produced to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This commitment to perfection means that production may take additional time, as we ensure every detail is flawlessly executed to deliver a product worthy of the DASHA name.
Some of our designs are in exceptionally high demand due to their unique and creative craftsmanship. As a result, certain products may be placed on a waiting list. This ensures that each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention, while allowing us to manage production and maintain the exclusivity that defines DASHA’s luxury fashion.
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange. Eligible items must be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Policy of Product Return, Exchange, and Refund.
You may cancel or modify your order only before it is processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. However, you may return the item after receipt, in accordance with the guidelines of our Policy of Product Return, Exchange, and Refund.
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (within the UAE). For orders outside the UAE, only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted. Payments are securely processed through Stripe Inc. Personalized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless there is a defect. Please ensure all details are correct when placing an order for personalized items.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our courier’s website.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping fees for returns may also apply. If your product arrives damaged, please notify our Client Service Team immediately, and no later than 24 hours after receipt. We will arrange for the item to be returned and either repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Aside from the time required to produce your purchased product, standard delivery within the UAE takes up to 7 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging between 7-14 business days.
